Eric is an award winning comedian and journalist who comes from the "Hey, this works. Let’s do that" political school of thought. Raised in one of the nation’s most liberal cities located in one of the most conservative states in the Union, there’s little he hasn't seen politically and fashionabl--someone in Carhartt coveralls smoking pot walking next to someone in Gucci toting a semi-automatic rifle.
He thinks political pundits or commentators who used to host Sportscenter or Inside Edition are only useful to said pundit or commentator’s maniacal persona, and for uncontrolled bouts of laughter as to how anyone would seriously take the political advice of a former Sportscenter anchor or Inside Edition host as if God zipped in from the clouds with an 11th commandment.
His favorite political song is "Change is Gonna Come" by Sam Cooke, and his favorite political movie doesn’t exist because most take themselves too seriously for their own good. Though, if he had to pick it'd probably be Gladiator, which is as much political as it is an action movie.
Favorite food is Mongolian BBQ.
Sometimes introduces himself as James "Sonny" Crockett at bars.
Will "Like" anyone’s Facebook status who is obviously complaining about life to receive the sympathy of their online friends, who ultimately don’t care the status updater put frowny emoticons at the end of the status, indicating sadness about something ridiculous and insignificant.
